CHIP TIMING: This race will have chip tags in use. All runners will need to see the Chip desk operators on race morning once signed-in to run.
If you have a chip tag from a previous IMRA race, please bring it with you and present to the chip desk people to have all data linked back correctly to your IMRA detail. If you have no tag as yet or if you need a replacement - one will be assigned to your 2019 race number. Chips are best placed on your shoe for ease of use. Everyone is being asked to hold on to their chip tag for future use.
Mandatory kit: Showerproof jacket & IMRA number. There will be checks for jackets- no jacket means disqualification.
Potential mandatory kit depending on the weather conditions: map of route, longsleeve top, gloves, hat.
There will be an early start at 10:00.
- Prizegiving Location:
- Prizegiving will be followed by the AGM at the Powerscourt Arms, Enniskerry.
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
