Registration open at 6:00pm until 7:15pm. Please use overflow car park to left of kiosk. Start will be from the corner of this car park heading towards the Waterfall. Thanks to Powerscourt Estate we have use of the Waterfall Car Park. Parking is covered by IMRA so no need to pay at gate. Please show your IMRA number for free entry on the evening of the race, if it's your first race of the year please show your membership receipt on your phone. For recces you will need to pay for entry or you can start from Crone car park that's just a short distance away. All competitors, and particularly those who have not competed this year already, should READ the NEW REGISTRATION GUIDELINES. We are NO longer accepting MONEY at races. Kit requirements: Jacket, Official IMRA race number and timing chip on your shoe. Under IMRA rules for competitors safety, it is mandatory to bring and carry a jacket that is shower and windproof for the entire race. Any competitor seen not carrying or wearing their jacket at any stage in the race will be disqualified. There are no exceptions to this rule! Bring midge repellent for your own comfort and make sure you check for ticks after the race, infection from them can cause debilitating illness. Online entries only…. The race includes exposed open mountain - Be prepared to dress accordingly in case of inclement weather. There will be an early start at 19:00 for runners who expect to be over 160% of the winners time. There is also a Junior route starting after the main race shown on the second map. All juniors for this race must run the short course as per IMRA regulations and all Juniors under 10 must be accompanied by an adult, please refer to information within the website for Junior rules. PLEASE REVIEW THE COURSE MAP CAREFULLY BECAUSE WE MAY NOT HAVE A MARSHAL AT THE FIRST TURN OFF THE WICKLOW WAY. IF YOU MISS THIS TURN THE NEXT MARSHAL WILL SEND YOU BACK AND IT'LL ADD 2K TO YOUR RACE.

Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
