- Route Description:
- The route will follow the recently introduced Way Marked path to the summit. From the trig point at the summit you will continue on around the bowl you will be following the yellow and red IMRA tape and flags. you will start descending along some slightly technical ground then drop via a very steep grassy descent. When it levels out you will head back towards the forest edge where you will have to negotiate a small river gorge then make your way back to the forest track that you started on. From here it's a down hill sprint finish. The course if fully marked so if you don't see tape or flags for a while go back and find where you went off route.

Volunteers (Non-Running)
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
