Organisers Instructions:

This is a Long Distance Open Mountain Unmarked Race. Every runner must have experience of navigation and must be able to use a compass. For solo runners drop bags will be brought to both hand overs, these bags should be clearly labelled with the runners name and the hand over point at which they are to be left.
