- Organisers Instructions:
- Entry to Nav 3 is now open… Remember this is a navigation race. 6 number grid references will be given out at start of event and competitors will transfer these grid references to there own map and then head off. The master map will be free to look at 5 minutes after the start. Don’t be afraid to ask for help with the map. Map needed for Nav 3 is East Wicklow 1;25000 or Dublin Mountains 1;25000. Map can be purchased from East West Mapping. Start/Finish is 210109 (Djouce Woods Lake carpark) There will be NO road crossings. Early start 10AM Corse closes at 3PM Long course 17K Short course 9K mostly on tracks and trails and a very small bit of open mountain

Volunteers (Non-Running)
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
