I need more marshalls, especially if the weather is going to be icy, I'd like to have people out on the course. I also need these people to help demark the course! And Henny don't even think of becoming a non running volunteer, you always always volunteer, it's high time you did some running :) |

Registration and prize giving in Lamb Doyles. Please car pool from Lamb Doyles too, parking wil be tight in Three rock with walkers and mountain bikers. |
