All runners must bring the above items to the race. The actual kit to be carried during the race will be finalised on the day, depending on conditions etc., and clearly advised at Registration.

You should also have the means to carry all the kit in case required.

Failure to have the required items may lead to you being denied entry to the race, or disqualification. Random checks may be carried out.

Route Description:
There will be an exciting new route this year. Please familiarise yourself with the map.

JUNIOR ROUTE: 4.6km The junior route will follow the adult route until directed by a marshal to turn right and commence their descent.
Getting There:
PLEASE CARPOOL FROM KILMAC/ROUNDWOOD

Upon arrival in Laragh, you will be directed to your car park. We will fill the council carpark and then use the Woolen Mills as an Overflow.

Car Park 1: The new council "COVID" adjacent to Laragh GAA club. There is a 1km walk from here to registration

Car Park 2: The new Woolen Mills Shop, just past the Wicklow Heather restaurant on the left hand side. There is a charge to park in this car park. .

Please car pool where possible. The carparks will not be supervised so please do not leave valuables in your car and please note that you park entirely at your own risk.
Organisers Instructions:
The registration will take place at the small parking area beside St. Kevin's National School in Laragh. No cars are permitted at this location. Please use the designated car parks.

Registration will be open from 6:30pm - 7:15pm.

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
