Route Description:
Slight change to the start as we enter the forest its a right after the barrier and down along the trail through the trees all the way to the octagon. There is a junior course this year, start line is same as senior course and follows senior course to octogon and returns on the main path to the finish with a total of 3.2k. Getting There:
The Glenview hotel exit on the n11 and accross the bridge. Parking is onstreet and the Glenview hotel has kindly allowed the use of their carparks as an overflow. Please park responsibly and be mindful of residents.

Please do not leave any valuables on view in your parked car.

Registration: 18:15-19:15.

To run in this race you must be a paid up IMRA member for 2021, and you must pre-register and pay online for the race. We are NO longer accepting MONEY at races.

Registration for membership and/or the race, as well as purchasing of vouchers will close at 18:00 .Please bring a copy of your confirmation membership email with you.

All competitors, and particularly those who have not competed this year already, should READ the NEW REGISTRATION GUIDELINES.

Mandatory kit All competitors, and particularly those who have not competed this year already, should READ the NEW REGISTRATION GUIDELINES. We are NO longer accepting MONEY at races. Kit requirements: Jacket & Official IMRA race number, race chip & Face covering. Under IMRA rules for competitors safety, it is mandatory to bring and carry a jacket that is shower and wind proof for the entire race. Any competitor seen not carrying or wearing their jacket at any stage in the race will be disqualified. There are no exceptions to this rule! And dont forget you race number and chip. If this is your first race you will get them at registration. Bring midge repellent. online entries only…. The race is predominantly on trails that are used by others- Be prepared to dress accordingly in case of inclement weather. And don’t forget your face masks or buffs for Reg and start of race..

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
