- Getting There:
Carpark and registration will be near the trailhead for the Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trails in Ardpatrick, Co. Limerick. To get here from the N20, turn off at the church in Ballyhea (go east), and travel about 11km to Ardpatrick. Take a right turn here at the village, and then take another right after 2.7km (signposted Castle-Oliver View). The carpark is visible on the right after about 1km (OSI grid reference: R 655 186).

- This will be a race open to all runners. It is a tough looped course which summits Seefin mountain.
As with all races in foreseeable future, social distancing will be in place at start and finish zones.

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
