Organisers Instructions:

BBQ following Downshill race to mark end of Leinster League. IMRA members please book an entry via the online shop. We will have a facility on the evening for Guests to buy tickets @ €5 a head. Ideally please let Mick know in advance - on the forum here is fine - if you intend bringing a guest, so we can firm up numbers. Also, let me know if anyone requires the vegetarian option.

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
