Organisers Instructions:
The race route for this coming Saturdays Leinster Champs and Irish Champs race has been published. This is an extremely testing race (up to 23km with 1095 m of climb) and is NOT RECOMMENDED for beginners or inexperienced navigators.The route will not be marked Also all competitors will need to bring a hooded jacket and sufficient food and drink, and be prepared for either poor visibility or blazing sunshine. Keep an eye on the site for any further instructions from Race Director, Brian Bell

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
