All runners must bring the above items to the race. The actual kit to be carried during the race will be finalised on the day, depending on conditions etc., and clearly advised at Registration.

You should also have the means to carry all the kit in case required.

Failure to have the required items may lead to you being denied entry to the race, or disqualification. Random checks may be carried out.

Getting There:
Glenealy village, Co. Wicklow.

****PARKING IS NOT AT THE SUMMER VENUE***

Please parK at Glenealy Community Hall or at the small carpark opposite the catholic church or else, cross the railway behind the catholic church and park on the road up to the right. Please do not clog the main street of the village.

It is 1km from the Community centre to the race start.
Juniors:
An out and back short course of 4.8km will be in place for juniors and those wishing to complete a shorter run. Short course runners will commence at 11:05am.
Early Start:
An early start will take place for this race at 10:30am. This is for slower runners who are typically 160% of winners time in a league race. For runners new to IMRA, you might want to consider the early start if your Parkrun 5k would take more than 28 mins or if you would be around an hour for a flat 10km.
Organisers Instructions:
Registration will be from 9:30-10:40 in the Glenealy Village Hall to allow everyone get to the start (1km away) on time.

Please arrive early as it will take some time to issue new numbers and chips to all new runners.

This race is a new route for 2025 winter.

ROUTE MAY BE SUBJECT TO LAST MINUTE CHANGES FOLLOWING COURSE CHECK AFTER THE STORM.

Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
