Follow. The. Tape/Arrows. Behind the Blue Light Pub is a small quarry. Run up past the quarry entrance to gain a delightful singletrack which winds it's way happily over to the masts area. Up to Fairy Castle via the tractor path, off Fairy towards the WW, into the forest and back over to the tractor to finish that loop and then back the way you came towards the masts area and down to the Quarry. Junior course - approximately 4km to include the first 2km of the out and back section which features fine singletrack and turns about at the Masts area.

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
