This is the final race in the Lenister Half Marathon Series and with approx 400m of climbing in the first 4km its going to be a cracker.
Hopefully the weather gods play ball for us so you can stop and admire the fantastic views, in between gasping for breaths, Mt Leinster has to give!
There will be only 1 aid station at approx 10km where the turn around point is. To those that know the shorter Mt Leinster race the turn around point is at the Start/Finish of that race. Some of the route from that race is in this one along with a few trails that would be not known to those that are not local
Registration will be between 9.00 and 10.30 on the morning of the race, to allow early starters the chance to register at the start line.
Early start is for those who's normal finishing times are 160% or more than the winners will be at 10am

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
