If this is your first race this year, you will collect your number which you KEEP for the year. Please bring confirmation of number and registration
If you have already run this year you will or should have your number with you. It’s quite a headache for the organisers if you forget your number so PLEASE bring it
There will be no early starts for this race, the route is under 8 km and there is some narrow single track towards the end of the race. It is safer to have everyone starting at the same time. The race starts for everyone at 19:30 pm
Junior Runners/Short course: This race will start at 19.35 pm. The race will be the same route as the main race up to the turn point and straight back down route. This will be less than 5 km
Please have your full Level B kit with you
You should start the race at the specified gun-times or choose a distance that suits your ability.
Volunteers (Non-Running)
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
