Short Race route

You will need to purchase a 2023 imra membership before purchasing this race.
Parking and registration will be at the Knockacummer Wind Farm.
There will be a 5km Route which will start at 10:20am which is for anyone new to this or any juniors also.
Kiddies race will start at 10:30.
11.5km version starts at 11:00. Race brief at 10:55am at start line.
Remember we have 'no waste' policy, please bring your own cup/mug. Please also remember you have to carry a rain jacket during the race at all times.
We are going to have INSTA-COFFEE at the start and finish.

Volunteers (Non-Running)
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
