You will need to purchase a 2023 imra membership before purchasing this race. There will be parking in the small carpark at the start area and along the road outside the carpark. We will be operating a one way system on this road.. Cars will have to enter this road from the Mallow town side and exit on the Killavullen village side ( please looks a maps section). There will be a 1km kids race ( accompanied with an adult) and 4.4km Junior race which will both start at 10:10am. The main 9.2km race starts at 11am. The race briefing will be at 10:55am at start line. Remember we have 'no waste' policy, please bring your own cup/mug. Please respect this beautiful area. No littering. We will also have a coffee trailing at start/finish for people to purchase a coffee Thank a million DarraghVolunteers (Non-Running)
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
