Glensheskin Woods, Kilworth, Co. Cork.

From the square in the centre of the village, follow yellow Avondhu way-markers and the sign for Ballyporeen (15km). After 1km, turn left into Glensheskin Wood and walk over the bridge into the carpark.

Organisers Instructions:

Please carpool in Kilworth as only a limited amount of parking in woods. Marshals will help cars to park quite tightly. 3 races on the night: 6:30pm Kiddies Candy Run 800m. This is for u 10s accompanied. 7:30pm Halloween Half Marathon. 21km. 8pm Halloween Spooky 5km

Prizegiving Location:

Kiddies Will receive a candy bag. Half Marathon and 5km will receive a Imra Halloween Beanie Hat, Hot Soup, Roll and Drink .

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
