- Route Description:
Both trial races will start at the Education Centre beside upper lake at Glendalough. They will follow the same trail that loops up Camaderry with younger runners having earlier turnaround points.
The U17 team trials will turn at a point where there is a tree on the right, opposite a tree felled with a splintered trunk.
The U20 team trials will turn where an old fence crosses the race route.
Course is mostly fast on good ground but the last kilometre to the turning points is much rougher and CARE should be taken on this descent.

Volunteers (Non-Running)
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
