We are NO longer accepting MONEY at races.
This is a Long Distance Open Mountain Unmarked Race. Every runner must have experience of navigation and must be able to use a compass.
Registration for the Relay and Solo are now open under 'Purchase IMRA products'. The entry fee is EUR 7 for Solo and EUR 7 per team member doing the Relay (teams of 3 = EUR 21 per team).Online registration will close on Thursday 30th August at 18.00. Please note that for the Relay you must pre-register by this time, i.e. each team member must have paid online by then.
Solo runners must also pre register for this race by 6.00 pm Thursday 30th August.
Joint start for Solo and Relay at 08.00am. No early start. Registration will open just after 7am (please refer to 'Getting There' for location) and close at 7.50am. All runners must sign in before the start.
Leg 2 and 3 runners who are going directly to their changeover point can also sign in at these points. In the interest of safety, there will be cut offs at the changeovers.
Leg 1/2 changeover: 11.30. Leg 2/3 changeover: 14.30.
If a relay team is not in by the cut off time the next runner will start.
For solo runners drop bags will be brought to both hand overs and finish line, these bags should be clearly labelled with the runners name and the hand over point at which they are to be left. Relay runners are also welcome to check in bags at their start point and these will be brought to the finish of their leg, provided the bags are clearly labelled.

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
