Getting There:

Directions From Dublin Exit the M7 Dublin to Limerick Motorway onto the M8 Dublin to Cork Motorway heading for Cahir. Exit at junction 10 onto the N24 Limerick Road and head into Bansha. From Bansha follow the R663 signposted Aherlow, the hotel is signposted on the right. From Cork Exit the M8 Cork to Dublin Motorway onto the N73 and then onto the R573 signposted Ballylanders. Exit onto the R662 and proceed through Galbally onto the R663 following signs for Tipperary town. The hotel is signposted on the left. From Limerick Follow the N24 from Limerick to Tipperary town. Turn right onto Bridge Street signposted Lisvernane. Continue forward onto Station Road and at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Seallagheen Road. Follow the signs for the Glen of Aherlow Nature Park. The entrance to the hotel in on the right. Both Cork and Shannon Airports are just one hour’s drive from the Hotel.

Organisers Instructions:

If you have already run an IMRA race this year, bring your number with you, if not you can speed things up by downloading the membership form and filling it in beforehand, but they will be available on the day as well.

Start at 8am SHARP - Registration Open from 6.30am to 7.30am

Registration will be at Aherlow House Hotel. Entrants MUST sign in and please arrive in plenty of time. The route will be fully marked, marshaled and there will be 4 official water stops. (Cups - there will be no bottles given out). There will be a toilet facilities at the start/finish line.  Mandatory kit required: adequate food, water (camel back, race belt, or hand bottle), hat/buff, jacket. Leave No Trace - please bring any rubbish with you until the water stations or finish line. Any runner found to have littered will be disqalified.
