Member Survey, Make your Opinion Heard

To all IMRA members,

As we start to approach the end of 2023 racing calendar, we are taking a look back now at some of what has been achieved so far this year. Over 3,688 members raced in 125+ races across the country. We held new races on newly accessed routes, including the very successful first year for the Northwest league. We showcased our fantastic volunteers (without whom none of any of this can happen) in the Hall of Fame, and we’re not done yet, still more races left on the calendar!

Now, with our AGM coming up in November, we would like to take the opportunity to ask you, our members, for feedback on your experience of being part of IMRA.

The committee has worked with David Power and Brian Kitson in the development of a member feedback survey (link below). By participating in this survey, you can avail of the opportunity to reflect what you consider to be working well in IMRA and what you think could be developed further or focused on more.

The results of this survey will be analysed and shared with all members in summarised format at the forthcoming AGM. This will also help the incoming IMRA committee for 2024 set a plan for the coming year(s). So along with continuing to deliver a calendar of events nationwide, we can ensure there is a focus on key areas identified through the survey feedback.

The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete. You can complete it anonymously or with your name attached. Either way the information gathered will be treated confidentially and all feedback will be presented in a summarised version with no individual contributor named.

Topics include events/races, membership, marketing/communications, diversity & inclusion,
coaching, volunteering, finance/funding, etc. Some demographic data will also be collected.
