IMRA Singlet?

AuthorDateMessage
Rene BorgAug 6 2007, 8:36pmI was wondering, would it be possible to have an IMRA singlet made? Maybe even a full set (singlet and shorts?).

Would be great to have for races abroad, personally I'd stump up a good bit of cash for such a product, especially if it has the same high quality as the Berghaus jersey we won in the LL.

For what its worth Rene I think it?s a great idea,

but sometimes great ideas are slow to catch on. If they IRMA had a kit, Singlet and shorts, I take one. I?m looking for the right kit to wear in Mt. Kinabalue Inter in a couple of weeks. But the good thing about not having to wear an official race singlet is you can pretty much wear what you want.
Last year I wore my adopted country colures in the vets race on the Saturday and the next day ran the open race also and wore my club singlet on Sunday. I think its best though to stick with the same kit because most people watching did not know I ran the race twice. So yes if you Rene had an IMRA kit, even if you never had the honor of running for your country Denmark, every where you go you could wear and represent the IMRA in races, and it would not matter as they say if your name was Tom, Dick are Harry.

Rene BorgAug 14 2007, 9:43pmThanks for the feedback, and good luck with Mt. Kinabalue Francis. Sounds like a great race.

I'm thinking this is perhaps a topic for the AGM and something to look into as a possibility for the coming year(s).
