First few km are on fast uphill fire road, then the real fun starts..loads of nice technical rocky wet slippery Ballyhoura trails..socks will get wet! Final km or so is on nice fast downhill fire road. Grippy shoes are a good idea. Short 5km race route available also. |

Short race will be off at 10.15, early start for long course at 10.30 and long course starts at 11. See everyone tomorrow! |
