| Lillian Deegan | Mar 29 2025, 10:37pm | Event Cancellation: Popping Robbie’s earlier forum post up here too. “Hello Everyone After what was an unbelievable team, friendship and trail runner building experience, I am sorry to say that this event will NOT take place this year. The issue is getting insurance cover for this epic event. I hope to create an alternative for 2026 and apologies to any runners that were training or had booked work off for the event. I’m afraid it is out of our hands. Hopefully ye can take part in some of the awesome IMRA ultras taking place this year.. We have Wicklow Way (first part of Coast to Coast), Beara Way, Beara Way Lite 70KM, Knockmealdown Ultra and Slieve Bloom Ultra to look forward to along with the eagerly awaited BACK YARD ULTRA being held in Kilworth Woods in September Thank you Robbie & Lillian” |
