GEN Strength & Conditioning circuits

With the beginning of another new year of resolutions, GEN would like to spread the word about our Strength and Conditioning circuit sessions. These are especially focused on exercises for running on hills and in terrain. They take place once a week and are open to allcomers. These sessions are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness (or lack thereof), as individuals can adapt to their current capabilities and get out of it what they put in.

The sessions are led by Colleen Robinson (Setanta Orienteers), a distance runner and sometimes imra racer. She is a physiotherapist and pilates instructor and has been expertly leading these popular sessions for over 15 years.

Many orienteers and imra runners participate in these sessions but your friends and family are also welcome. No registration is required. Just come along!

Venue: St Brigid’s Parish Centre, St Brigid’s Church Road, Stillorgan, Co Dublin A94 DD23.
Day: Tuesdays
Time: 18:30-19:30
Fee: €13 adult; €8 student/unwaged
