For Northern runners this involved getting people out of their comfort zone of the Mournes (only one race) and encouraging people to get further West. This was possible thanks to exceleltn co-operation between NIMRA and IMRA, and it's great to see more IMRA runners coming north and more NIMRA runners taking part in IMRA events. Congratulations to the winners. The prizegiving will be this Saturday at the Winter Social on the Nov. 23rd from 19h onwards at the Merrion Inn, Dublin 4.
