Missing registration - Union Wood

| Barry Gallagher | May 13 2024, 9:51am | Hi all. We had a situation at the Union Wood race on Saturday where a runner couldn't participate because their name wasn't on the entry list. However, they had a confirmation email showing payment for both IMRA membership and the race entry (€10 + €7). Is this a known issue? Is there someone I can e-mail for them to look into it? There could be a simple explanation. |

| Barry Gallagher | May 13 2024, 10:58am | I should clarify, he did race on the day, just not under his own number/name. We got to the bottom of the issue. He had entered his name backwards on IMRA.ie sign-up (firstname instead of surname etc) hence why he couldn't find his name on the sign-in sheet. We're amending now. |
