Then on the day of the race, you collect your number at registration by the van. And then you have fun. Rochestown Woods is a good course |

| Stephen O Keeffe | Mar 18 2024, 1:53pm | Ah yeah would definitely recommend trail runners for this course It can be incredibly muddy in places, especially if it rains in the days leading up to the race. And also you must carry a waterproof jacket with you. You don't have to wear it, just have to carry it, it's a rule for all races no matter the weather |
