We are delighted to be able to share the results of the first members satisfaction survey, undertaken in October 2023. The objective of this survey was to gather member feedback on IMRA, more specifically: Events and races, Membership, Marketing and communications, Diversity and inclusion, Coaching, Some demographics, and overall satisfaction. At the AGM on Saturday, David Power will give a short presentation on the full results of this survey. A full copy of the presentation and analysis will be posted onto the forum following the AGM. We encourage you to read through the summary and the full presentation/analysis. This data will guide decision making and prioritisation by the incoming IMRA committee. In advance of David’s presentation, he has put together an advance summary of the data collected, and the feedback received.
