As Stuart posted earlier today on the forum, Eoin, along with Stuart, Kevin, Conor, and Pol have worked extensively to develop an online expense reimbursement form. Like the best IT solutions, this very user-friendly online claim form doesn’t show all this background effort. But, like so much of the work carried out on a voluntary basis within IMRA, the behind-the-scenes work has been considerable. Many thanks to all involved. We confirmed earlier this year that the use of vouchers cards for race entry purchases had been discontinued. Along with other expense claim submissions, you can now submit claims for reimbursement of all unused voucher cards. Please note the following if you are planning to make a reimbursement claim against a voucher card: ***Completed online expense claims can be made for unused vouchers until AUGUST 31ST 2023. That is the final deadline for receipt of claims for reimbursement of unused vouchers. This deadline is set to allow Stuart time to process claims before the preparation of the year end accounts for 2023. ***Reimbursees must sign their voucher and submit a photo of the voucher card. ***The amount to be claimed will be e5 x no. unused holes on each card. Donations in lieu of reimbursement. There is the option, if you wish to avail of it, to donate the value of your unused voucher cards to charity instead. We have decided to select an Irish tree planting charity as recipient of any donations made this way. We will either select one organisation or donate equally between selected organisations located across Ireland. This is being done in line with our ongoing commitment as an organisation to support any initiatives that focus on the environment we enjoy running up and around in so much. So, dust off any voucher cards, we last sold cards pre-Covid, so hope you’ve been good at minding yours! Thanks Miriam |

| Stuart Scott | Jul 19 2023, 12:13pm | Hi all, Just a reminder, don't forget to hit SUBMIT after you set up your expense or voucher claim. If you don't, your claim will remain in draft status and will not be processed. You can review your claims by logging into MyIMRA and make changes while still in draft status. Once you hit submit, you will be unable to make further changes. At this point, you will receive an automated email confirming that your claim has been received. Stuart |

These won't be processed until you formally submit them so please do so asap! You can check the status of your claim by logging into MyIMRA. I'll start to process the refunds sometime next month.
