| Robbie Williams | Apr 3 2023, 8:58pm | After a great 80k and 50k race in both the male and female races in the Maurice Mullins we have selected a squad to represent Ireland in the 85km and 42km races in Innsbruck Austria in June. 80km Team Men: Ricki Wynne, Dillon Mc Evoy, Cillian Fleming, Gavin Byrne. 80km Ladies Team: Aoife Mundow, Becky Quinn, Sarah Brady. **************************************************************************** 42km Mens Team: Enda Cloake, Adam Cunningham, Barry McEvoy, John Kinsella. 42km Ladies Team: Elizabeth Wheeler, Jan Corcoran, Laura O Driscoll. **************************************************************************** Well done to all athletes. Reminder that the trial races for the Classic 14km, u20 Classic 7km, and the Uphill only 4km will be on the 28-30th April in Ballyhoura. It's just that...Ellen Vitting not making it into a team of 6 women runners representing Ireland is a mark against the current selection process. |

Uphill Only Race – 4km - (Women): Sarah McCormack, Aine Gosling,Lisa Hegarty, Jen Elvin Uphill Only Race – 4km - (Men): Zak Hanna, Aaron McGrady, Ruairi Long, Killian Mooney **************************************************************************** Classic Race – 14km - (Women): Sarah McCormack, Aine Gosling, Sarah Flanagan, Edel Monaghan Classic Race – 14km - (Men): Killian Mooney, Eoin Lennon, James Kevan, Tim Johnston **************************************************************************** Classic Race, Short Course – 7km - (Junior Women): Katie Graham, Eimear McCarroll, Kate Connolly, Jessica Blaney Classic Race, Short Course – 7km - (Junior Men): Tom Crudgington, Ryan McCarthy, Colm O'Neill, Ethan McMullan Well done to all athletes selected.
