At a time when athletes like Adeleke and Olatunde bring us so much pride on the track, are we doing enough to encourage diversity and inclusion? This Friday is the Immigrant Council of Ireland's Wear Red Day. Maybe instead of just sharing a photo of ourselves running in red tops to look great on social media, we should pool our heads and think of ways to effect positive change. One obvious barrier is cost, another is the obvious difficulty in immigrants meeting runners who might bring them out and show them the sport and the trails.
