Mountain Meitheal this Wednesday 10th August, followed by Mountain Rescue the following Wednesday 17th August and then the lung busting Downshill to finish you all off completely on Wednesday 24th August ! The Mountain Meitheal and Mountain Rescue races are fundraisers for two causes close to every mountain runners heart - path restoration and rescue in the event of an accident. Please come along to support both races and if you are unavailable buy an entry anyway to support these two great causes. |
