| Tom Blackburn | Jul 30 2022, 9:26am | Hi Lads, I will run a training day in Leinster next Saturday the 6th of August at 10am . The training will incorporate both uphill and downhill techniques. Numbers will be limited, to book please text me on 0876994976. The session should take 2 to 2 and a half hours. If the numbers are high i will also run an afternoon session. The venue will most likely be Crone Wood. There is a small fee per athlete. Thank you. |
