Organisers Instructions:

Junior Race: 4k/2.5 mile junior race. First car park, Long Hill, Djouce Woods. Race description: Count-down handicap. Countdown starts with the slowest time predicted; set off when the clock reaches your time; ie, if you think it will take you 42 minutes, you set off when the clock hitd 42 minutes. Winner is the person who crosses the line when time runs out, or immediately after. Juniors: junior 5km race to set off at 10.55am. Entry: free, but donations of prizes welcome as proceeds go to charity.
