Intermediate and senior boys and girls start at 11:00 (5.0 km / 275m climb).
Junior boys and girls start at 11:05 (2.4km / 191m climb).
Senior: born 1990, 1991. Inter: born 1992, 1993. Junior: born 1994, 1995, 1996.

Team selection will be posted on the IMRA website forum by Wednesday 24th September at www.imra.ie The following individuals have been pre-selected based on their performances this season in the mountains:

Athletes must be available to travel from Friday 10th October, returning Monday 13th October .

Volunteers (Non-Running)
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
