Support runners are NOT permitted before this point on the race route.^Where the participant is exiting the Glendalough checkpoint between 9:30am and the 10am cut off. ^Where the participant is exiting the Crone Woods checkpoint between 2pm and the 2:30pm cut off.

And all entrants who complete the full route in the allotted time will receive a similar chunk of the Yellow WW person Wicklow granite as a memento marking their achievement.Reminder - Support runners need to be IMRA members for insurance purposes and they are only permitted where the participant leaves the checkpoint 30 minutes or less before the cut off time for that check point as outlined above.
Volunteers (Non-Running)
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
