RELAY TEAMS:
A team can have as many or as little members as you wish but all must be signed up BEFORE event and all must be 2025 IMRA MEMBERS.
You hand the tracker over on meeting the next team member whether it’s after 20km or 100km. This is a really nice way of getting the challenge done. For instance if you have a team of 10 from a triathlon club etc, then each runners could do for instance 30km on the Saturday ( say Wicklow way) and the same runner would do 30km of Blackwater way on the Thursday.
Volunteers (Non-Running)
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of
people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful,
volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
