Irish Teams : Senior and Junior mens and womens teams will be selected. Three runners per team.

Selection criteria : The national clubs cross-country and 10 km road championships as well as other short-distance and mountain racing form. For juniors: schools and colleges cross-country and track form will be taken into account. All selection is subject to the athlete being capable of finishing within 10% of the international race winners times. Selected athletes should be registered with Athletics Ireland
