Louise Hill-Stirling from Scotland finished 6th in the 2010 British and Irish under 18 race in Glendalough. She has Irish parentage and has elected to compete for Ireland even though she finished an impressive 4th in the UK European trials last weekend.

She led the junior girls race from start to finish. Harriette Robinson (DSD) ran her first mountain race in the 2010/2011 Leinster schools. She subsequently joined DSD and has been making impressive progress. A name for the future.

Out other junior girls were in training for the International Youths race next weekend or busy with exams.
