In the up and down race, Chemweno was again victorious this time ahead of Adam Grice (ENG) and Billy Burns (ENG). England, New Zealand and Canada took the team medals. Katie ingram took the women's honours ahead of Sarah Tunstall (ENG) and Pamela Bundotich (KEN). England, New Zealand and Scotland took the team medals. Karen Alexander (NIR), who competed for Ireland in the recent World championships, had a great run to finish 10th.
