The last of the Nav. Challenge races was held today in brilliant sunshine. The third races in the series, always the toughest, was 21.5 km with 730m of climb. The winner today was Brian O’Meara on a course most thought had too much road much of which, though not all, could have been avoided by route choice. The series winner was Philip Brennan who will be proclaimed navigator of the year at the annual prize giving dinner. Race series last year had a female overall winner but alas this year no ladies finished the series. Many thanks to Brendan and Nora for putting out controls
