On a lovely night for running the longest of the trail runs was run at a very fast pace. Was this down to the better quality tracks or had the NAM training had an impact?
After a break from hillrunning Cornelius Marshall returned with a fine performance to take first place. A break of a different kind ( his arm) kept Eoin Keith from competing and undoubtedly winning the series.
That honour went to Gary Moralee. We will publish later a table of all who did all three races
