There were good Irish performances in Knock Dhu. In the men?s race our first finisher was Peter O?Farrell in seventh. Peter was prominent towards the front throughout the race. Ross Alexander was next home in 14th and Colm Mullen was 18th.

In the women?s race, Aoife Joyce led the team home in 12th after a close battle with Karen Duggan during the first half of the race. Karen (13th) and Niamh NiCholmain (14th) completed the team. Both teams finished fourth.

Turlough Conway won the men?s open race and Cormac O?Ceallaigh was 9th.
