A small turnout for the annual trail champs. in Avondale (and we avoided the bank holiday this year) saw junior Colm Turner renew his rivalry with just promoted senior Peter Dalton. The two chatted their way around two laps of the beautiful park well ahead of the field before things got serious on the final run up the central ride with Colm holding out to win by 15 seconds. Veteran Mary Jennings repeated her performance of last year to take the ladies title.
