There were good performances by the Ireland development teams in Knock Dhu. In the men?s race our first finisher was Martin Bradshaw who was just ahead of Peter O?Farrell and Cormac Conroy who was running in his first international. Colin Murphy, Jonathan Doyle, Turlough Conway and Kevin English all ran well and finished close together.

Tish McCann had an excellent run to finish 10th woman. She was followed by first-time internationals Bronagh NiBhriain, Aoife Joyce, and Maura NiChearbhaill who also all ran well and will benefit greatly from a very tough race.
