Helen Cornforth | Apr 22 2008, 8:22pm | Hi, Just to say I would be happy to help with the timing of the Carrauntoohil race this year if needed. I was one of the two women who did the timing last year, so know what it entails. Feel free to contact me by email, Cheers, Helen. |

Adam Gozdalski | May 17 2008, 3:07pm | Hi! I want to start in this race but I dont know how can I get there from Cork. I have to be member of any club to start there? Thanks for answer. |
Mick Hanney | May 17 2008, 7:03pm | Hi, You should be registered with imra. Annual registration costs 10 euro and this can be done at any race. Theres a race fee which is usually 7 euro, or less for students. So if you arrive at a race in good time you can get registered, no problems. Best advice would be to go out and do other hill races first - if you're in Cork the Munster events would be a stepping stone towards Carrauntoohil. Cheers. Mick |
