Stephen O KeeffeApr 12 2025, 6:54pmHi Tricia,

Are you still ok for volunteers tomorrow.

I'm registered to run but won't be able to run now.

If you are ok for volunteers, would it be ok to come and walk the short course before any of the runners start.

Stephen
Tricia TwohigApr 12 2025, 7:52pmApologies Stephen, only getting back to you now. Sorry to hear your not running… Ya were all sorted for volunteering thanks a mill… Yes you can most definitely walk away the 5 km .. fully marked and ready to go…
Patricia RyanApr 13 2025, 5:10pmGreat route Tricia, really well organised. Thanks to you and all the volunteers.
raymond smithApr 13 2025, 5:37pmThanks Trish and all the volunteers for organising such a great event, such a fun course in good weather. Brilliant day out
Brian MullinsApr 13 2025, 7:14pmThanks to Tricia and all the volunteers today for a brilliant outing on Mushera. I’ve never seen the ground as dry up there, the peat was positively spring like and it lent itself to some fast times. The final descent which is usually peaty slop was bone dry and probably the best time I’ve ever produced from cairn to car park in about 4mins which is actually hard to believe in itself, given I use that slope for uphill intervals and downhill training!!! Congrats to Henry and Carol on the wins, a great mornings work.

Colin BuckleyApr 13 2025, 10:39pmGuys, I was training up on Musheramore this afternoon,
I met 2 hill walkers who found a pair of subscription sunglasses somewhere along this mornings race route.
I told them I knew the organisers and they gave me the glasses. Anyone lose same?
