It's a great route with a bit of everything (takes on new sections compared to previous Slievereagh iterations) & with the weather forecast we should be able to see Carrauntoohill (if so inclined to enjoy the view mid race!) |

It's advisable to bring at least 250ml of water on the long course as no water will be available en route. Tea/coffee, sandwiches and home baking will be available afterwards. |
