Patricia RyanApr 4 2025, 9:05amThird race of the Sunday Hill League this Sunday near Kilfinane. Registration closes Saturday at 6pm. Looks like it'll be a lovely morning for running.
Edel HennessyApr 4 2025, 2:36pmI did a recce of this route last week. It's a great route with a bit of everything (takes on new sections compared to previous Slievereagh iterations) & with the weather forecast we should be able to see Carrauntoohill (if so inclined to enjoy the view mid race!)
Patricia RyanApr 4 2025, 9:44pmRD instructions: please allow an extra 15 minutes to walk up to the start of the short/juvenile race. 10.15am start for this.
It's advisable to bring at least 250ml of water on the long course as no water will be available en route.
Tea/coffee, sandwiches and home baking will be available afterwards.
